First November Post...

Summary

Friday into Saturday a front moves through bringing rain and snow to the area. We should see wind gusts to 80+ mph on the mountain tops by Friday night into Saturday. Snow levels look to drop to near 7000 feet on Friday and close to lake level on Saturday. The snow should taper off by Sunday morning. We could see a few inches of snow at lake level Saturday into Saturday night. On the mountains we could see several inches to over a foot on some mountain tops by Sunday morning. The weather is cold Sunday and Monday behind the storm. We could see some light snow showers move through on Monday. Highs will only be in the 30's. The active weather may continue with another storm possible by the middle of next week and more possible behind that into the weekend of the 11th. Temperatures look a little warmer into the 40's for highs by the middle of next week.
