Manmade Snow...
Summary
Sunny and mild today with a high around 50 degrees at lake level and 40's on the mountains. The winds will start to pick up tonight and could be gusting to 50+ mph on the mountain tops by tomorrow. For Wednesday windy with increasing clouds and highs in the 50's at lake level and 40's on the mountains. The next storm moves in Wednesday night into Thursday with rain and high elevation snow. The precipitation is expected to be light for most areas around the lake with some heavier rain over the passes to the West of the lake. Snow levels should be near to just above 8000 feet through Thursday. Snow levels may fall near 7000 feet Thursday night into Friday as a final wave of precip brings some light showers. High temps will be in the 40's. For the weekend we should see the sun return with highs in the 40's on the mountains to near 50 at lake level. The next chance for a storm would be next Monday when a quick moving storm may move through bringing rain and snow. We may transition into drier pattern beyond day 7.
