Storm Day

Update

Starting to snow locally now... Should continue through most of the day, heavy at times.  Snow levels will drop down to valley floors.

Forecasted QPF for this system has come down a bit so perhaps not expecting the high end of the forecasted amounts.  Still... 6-12" is likely and snow should continue into tonight in favored locations.  I still think that well over a foot is possible in the Cottonwoods.

A break this weekend, then next system pushing in for late Monday into Tuesday.  Still some questions about the strength of this system, but it does appear to be another cold one and we should at least have a shot at additional powder.

I'm off to tend to my sick puppy, have fun out there...
