Cold Phase Delivered, Onto the Warm Phase Now

Summary

The cold phase of this storm cycle has delivered impressive totals so far, but we have now entered the warm phase. We will still add to the snow totals at mid and upper elevations on Sunday, but a transition to rain is expected later in the day at lower elevations. A second, and depressingly warm atmospheric river is headed for Washington on Monday and Tuesday before a transition back to snow.
