Terrain & Snow

The mountain is open with 155% of average snowpack. The latest report shows 5 lifts and 14 trails (4% of available terrain). A recent press release mentioned that Mary Jane will open on Thursday, November 22nd (Thanksgiving Day)!

Saturday snow recap

Snow started around sunset on Saturday and we had a few hours of intense snow through early evening. The mid-mountain snow stake cam shows a 4-inch storm total which was on the high end of the forecast for 2-4 inches.

Sunday through Wednesday

Enjoy the sunshine and comfortable high temperatures in the 30s. Overnight lows will be plenty cold enough for snowmaking.

Two more storms

Our next chance for snow will likely be a few inches on Thursday into Friday. Keep your eye on late Thursday or first run on Friday as there could be a bit of powder on the hill.

The next chance for snow should be during the upcoming weekend, though it’s too soon to pin down the details of this storm. If the system comes it strong and makes a direct hit on Colorado, there could be a moderate powder day this weekend.

Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
