Winter Park Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Winter Park Daily Snow

Update

Thursday morning’s 4-5 inches of powder was thick and surfy, which is good for building the base!

Snow Friday afternoon and Saturday

Friday will start dry and snow should begin by late morning or midday and continue through Saturday afternoon. The last run on Friday should be soft with a few inches of new snow, and thanks to additional snow on Friday night and more through the day on Saturday, I think Saturday will be a fun powder day and the snow quality should be fluffier than on Thursday due to colder temperatures. Total snowfall through Saturday afternoon should be 4-8 inches. Enjoy!

Sunday and Monday

This storm will track over southern Colorado and will generally miss Winter Park.

On Monday, as the storm departs and the wind direction swings around to blow from the northwest, lingering moisture could produce snow showers with light accumulations

Outlook

It appears that a lot of next week will be dry, then we could see light snow late in the week, sometime between Thursday evening through Saturday (December 6-8). After that, expect dry weather for about 3 days, then the next storm should arrive around December 12th.

Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
