Update

Open!

As of Saturday, November 2, Winter Park is open for the season!

The mountain received 3-4 FEET of snow during the month of October, and since the current snowpack is about 265% of average, why not start spinning lifts earlier than planned?!

A handful of lower-front-side lifts and trails are open. Weatherwise, it’ll be a beautiful weekend with sunny skies, morning lows in the teens, and daytime highs in the upper 20s to low 30s.

I do not see any significant snowstorms during the next week, though I am keeping my eye on Sunday and Monday, November 10-11 as the time that we might see additional flakes thanks to a storm that could brush the northern mountains of Colorado.

Thanks for reading the Winter Park Daily Snow and check back for daily updates through closing day!
