Winter Park is closed indefinitely.

While there will be not lift-serviced skiing at Winter Park, I will continue to update the Winter Park Daily Snow forecast because I know many people are still interested in tracking storms and earning turns by hiking and skinning.

From Monday through Tuesday, expect mostly dry weather with comfortable temperatures topping out in the 30s and 40s.

On Wednesday, the next storm will approach Colorado and we might see a few showers by the end of the day.

On Wednesday night and Thursday, expect significant snow with double-digit accumulations possible (10+ inches). Thursday should be a powder day if you’re able to earn your turns.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday could bring additional snow showers thanks to lingering energy and moisture.

Then next Monday or Tuesday, we should see a more well-defined storm. And there could be another storm later next week, sometime around March 25-27.

I will continue to post a new forecast each morning, and if I hear that Winter Park will re-open, I will post that information here.
