Winter Park Daily Snow

Sunny Sunday, then a snowy week
Summary
Sunday will be the final sunny and warm day for a while as we will transition into a colder and stormier weather pattern throughout the upcoming week.
Update
Saturday was a beautiful day with sunny skies and comfortable temperatures in the 20s to low 30s.
Sunday will be a copy of Saturday with mostly sunny skies and temperatures that are just a bit warmer, topping out around 30°F or a bit higher.
Looking ahead to the week, we are going to see a chance for snow every day from Monday through Friday. Total snowfall during the week will likely get to 10-15 inches and we should see soft snow on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
The first round of snow will fall from Monday afternoon/evening through Tuesday. The snow on Monday night is more uncertain with maybe 2-5 inches on the Tuesday morning report. Some models hint that we could see snow continue on Tuesday morning and midday with at least a few more inches, so conditions on Tuesday could be deeper and more fun than what you expect based on the Tuesday morning report.
The second round of snow will fall on Tuesday night through Wednesday and this could deliver 3-7 additional inches. Conditions on Wednesday should be even softer than Tuesday thanks to two days of snowfall.
The third round of snow could really be more of a continuation of the second round and will fall on Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The wind direction during this time will be favorable, so we should be able to sneak out another 1-3 inches of fluffy accumulation across the mountain. Thursday morning should be the time with the softest powder (and coldest temperatures).
While the wind direction during this storm cycle will not be ideal for Winter Park, we should see enough storm energy to bring us decent snow totals and a couple of fun days with soft snow.
Looking further ahead, there could be a mix of dry weather and times of light snow between February 25 and March 3. Then we could see a stronger storm sometime between March 4-8.
Thanks for reading and please check back each morning for daily updates!
