Storm ends, a drier week coming up

Summary

Saturday delivered snow showers during the afternoon and evening. Sunday will trend drier and sunnier, and for the upcoming week, we'll see mostly dry weather.

Update

Saturday

Saturday started with dry weather, then we saw snow showers during the afternoon and evening. As of Sunday morning, the snow accumulation was just a coating at the mid-mountain snow stake.

Sunday

I see some light snow and clouds hanging around now early on Sunday morning. While low clouds may hang around for most of the day, I am hopeful that we'll see some breaks of sunshine as well. Sunday's temperatures will start in the single digits and rise to the teens.

Monday - Thursday

The weather should be dry for most of Monday to Thursday, though with a storm just to our north, we could see occasional times of clouds and even a snow shower. The high temperature should be in the 20s on these days.

Friday

The storm to the north of Colorado should sag south and deliver snow any time between Thursday night and Saturday morning. With a little luck, there could be fresh snow on Friday and/or on Saturday morning.

Saturday

I think that we'll be between storms with dry weather, sunshine, and a high temperature in the 20s.

Sunday, Feb 18 - Sunday, Feb 25

Multiple storms will move close to or over Colorado from Sunday to Sunday, though I have zero confidence about the timing or strength of any of these systems. We'll figure it out at some point, but that point is not today. Stay tuned:-)

My next update will be Monday morning.
