'The Way Up' is the first foray into the world of feature ski films by a group of 7 friends (and dads) who chase backcountry powder before chasing kids around. Based in Burlington, VT they spent all of last season exploring the glades of the Green Mountains, the slides of the Adirondacks and the steeps and bowls of the Presidential Range. For them, the way up is just as important as the way down. The value they get from the experience goes far deeper than just the satisfaction of getting first tracks on deep days.
