Multiple days of snow for the northern mountains

Summary

The northern mountains should see snow between Wednesday night and next Thursday with snow totals likely in the double digits and snow conditions improving and softening each day. Expect somewhat thicker snow due to warmer temperatures and stronger winds. As I mentioned yesterday, the details of the timing of the most intense snow and snow amounts are still uncertain, though I’d say that there is a good chance for powder on Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, Saturday-day, and Sunday morning. Beyond that, I’m not sure.
