Colorado Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Colorado Daily Snow

What do snow forecasters do in the hours before the storm is going to hit? We nervously watch satellite and radar images in hopes that the forecast will be correct!

I was a little concerned that the cold front and jet stream were not creating the heavy band of snow as the models advertised. But just in the last 30-60 minutes the clouds have fired up and things are looking good. Note the clouds on the left and how they build into a nice line during the last few frames of the satellite movie. So all is well and I'm heading to bed happy. Stay tuned for a morning update on the storm!
