Summary

Unlike the last series of storms / Atmospheric River events, when we started off with copious amounts of both rain and snow, the forthcoming storms will be all snow. Howard is seeing nothing but white from the next series of storms, with the potential for a Platinum Powder Watch. This will be an all snow event. As Howard calls it - "Bucket list snow". Start lining up the excuses from work now, so you can make it up for some really nice powder.
