Snow ahead - uncertainy remains

Summary

After the recent sunshine, caused by a blocking ridge of high pressure, new snow is on the menu for the NW. A series of two or three moderate storms are on tap, with lowering snow levels. The snowfall will be respectable, but will it be enough to see partial openings by the weekend? Whistler will open on Thanksgiving day Nov 22, with limited natural snow and snowmaking.
