Steamboat Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Steamboat Daily Snow

A few additional inches fell during the day on Monday into early Monday night, so the storm total since Thanksgiving is 17 inches over five days. This type of consistent light snow creates fantastic conditions for skiing and riding, and if you’re heading out on Tuesday, dress warm as temperatures will start the day around 0F and warm up to around 10-15F with some sun shining down on the mountain.

Looking ahead, there will be three chances for snow at Steamboat during the next 10 days. The first two storms on Saturday December 5th and Tuesday December 8th will be weak and should bring only a dusting to a few inches of snow. A third storm should be stronger and could produce significant snow, sometime between about Thursday December 10th and Sunday December 13th. Thanks for reading and stay tuned for daily updates!
