Monday Morning Snow...

Summary

This morning we have snow showers falling on the mountains West of the lake. That should wind down by this afternoon. Wind gusts this morning on the mountain tops are hitting 60 mph. We are expecting gusty winds today so watch lift operations. High temps in the 30's. Tuesday we could see some sun with highs in the 30's on the mountains and 40's at lake level. Increasing clouds Wednesday with highs in the 30's on the mountains and 40's at lake level. Mountain top winds becoming quite strong by Wednesday afternoon hitting 75+ mph. Wednesday evening into Thursday evening another storm will move through. This one looks similar to the storm last Thursday. We could see 3-8 inches at lake level Wednesday night and 6-12 inches on the mountains. Behind this storm high temps drop into the 20's Thursday and 20's on the mountains with 30's at lake level for Friday. We could see snow showers drop several more inches of snow on the mountains Thursday with clearing skies for Friday. For the weekend high pressure builds in with dry weather and temperatures warming into the 30's on the mountains and 40's at lake level Saturday and 40's for all elevations Sunday. We may see a slight cool down going through the week of the 29th. The storm track may stay just to our East but we could get brushed by a couple storms.
