Summary

Sunny with lights winds and highs in the 40's through Friday. Saturday the winds increase ahead of the next storm, and clouds increase during the afternoon. By Saturday evening snowfall could move in from the next storm. Expecting a strong cold front and heavy snow Saturday night into Sunday. By Sunday evening we could see a foot or more at lake level, and 2+ feet of snow on the mountains. High pressure builds in again for Monday. The forecast models are split on whether the dry weather returns for another 5 days, or if we could see a weaker storm next Wednesday. In the long-range there is better agreement that a more active pattern may arrive around the 12th and beyond.
