A Few New...

Update

About 2” fell last night at the Challenger snow-stake and along with a few morning high clouds it looks to be a mainly sunny day with crisp daytime highs in the upper teens at mid-mountain. Winds will be light at 5-10mph out of the south. Friday will see more clouds in the sky with highs staying in the mid to upper teens. Saturday will be a mix of sun and clouds with daytime highs in the low 20’s. A drastic change in the weather pattern appears to start on Sunday when an active NW flow will bring light snow across Lone and Andesite mountains that looks to last through Tuesday. A more robust system is also in our focus for the Wednesday through Friday time frame next week that has decent potential for significant snow. I’ll keep you posted on this exciting development in the long-term forecast.
