Good Morning Wednesday!

Update

As of 8am Wednesday morning there’s around 5 new inches of snow at the Challenger snow-stake with sunny skies and a few low clouds over Lone Mountain with a temperature of 13 degrees in the village. Today expect sunny skies and a few clouds moving through occasionally with a high temperature of 25 degrees at 8000’.  Winds will be moderate out of the West at 15-20 mph with gusts up to 30mph.

Another weak system moves in tonight with 1-3” possible by first chair Thursday. Snow showers will continue through the morning hours tomorrow with another 1-2” possible with highs in the upper 20’s at 8000’. From Friday through the weekend high-pressure tries to build but will have some overriding disturbances bringing mainly cloudy skies with a chance of flurries as well. Daytime high temps at 8000’ across Big Sky will continue to be in the low 30’s through the weekend.
