A break in the pattern is occurring on Monday before more snow arrives each day for the remainder of the week. A weak system will arrive late Tuesday and will bring light snow to all areas, with amounts generally less than 5 cm. A stronger and more prolonged storm system will then bring snow from Wednesday through Friday to all areas. We may see a relative lull over the weekend, but the long-range outlook looks active beginning the week of Monday, December 16th.
