Snow picks up Tuesday afternoon

Summary

A strong storm system will impact Southern BC on Tuesday through Tuesday night, with Wednesday looking like a good powder day for most areas. Additional light snow will linger across the Interior on Wednesday before we see a break on Wednesday night and most of Thursday. The next storm system will bring periods of light snow from Thursday night through Saturday, with the Southern Interior being in the best position to see an uptick in snowfall on Friday night and Saturday morning. A late-season surge of arctic air will also be arriving with this storm, leading to well below average temperatures for the weekend.
