Cold temps for April, but heaviest snow stays south

Summary

Well below average temps and unsettled conditions will prevail Monday-Thursday with most areas staying on the drier side except near the U.S. border where flurries will be more common. However, the SW Coast Range will see a stronger disturbance on Tuesday with new snow for Whistler & Grouse. More snow showers will arrive for Southern BC on Friday with a stronger storm possible for SE BC Saturday.
