Deep Early Season Snowpack & Early Openings!

Summary

Early season snowfall across the Alberta Rockies has been exceptional, and with a forecast of cold temps and more snowfall, it’s only going to get better. As of Wednesday Nov 2, 126cm (50”) has already fallen at Sunshine Village this autumn enabling them to start spinning their lifts on Thursday, Nov 3rd. Lake Louise, with 64cm (26”) of cumulative snowfall so far, follows shortly on Nov 4th.
