Good news with snow Friday, Saturday, and (probably) around New Years

Summary

On Wednesday and Wednesday night we saw light snow for many mountains with deeper accumulations in the southern mountains. Storm totals from Tuesday through Thursday were 17-25 inches in the south and 1-11 inches elsewhere. Thursday will be dry. Friday through Saturday will be snowy for most of the state with 10-20+ inches in the south and 2-8 inches elsewhere, and Saturday should be the best powder day. Then we might see two days of snow around New Years, favoring the northern two-thirds of Colorado.
