More freshies on Tuesday morning
Summary
Monday morning was a powder day for many northern mountains. For the rest of Monday, most areas saw a break in the snow, then on Monday night a fast-moving system dropped 2-5 inches on the northern and central mountains, so now on Tuesday morning, we’ll enjoy more powder for breakfast. Tuesday and Wednesday morning will be dry, then on Wednesday night, another fast-moving storm will bring a few inches of snow to many mountains. Thursday and Friday should be dry. Looking ahead to the weekend, expect moderate to significant snow totals for the southern mountains, and next week will be stormy as well.
