Intense snow on Wednesday night

Summary

Monday and Tuesday will be mostly dry and reasonably warm. Then on Wednesday night, a strong storm will bring snow, wind, and cold temperatures. Thursday morning should offer powder for many mountains, and it will also be very cold. After that, we'll have a few chances for snow, though the storms could be weak, until a stronger system arrives around December 28-31.
