Drier weekend, next storm Monday night at Copper

Summary

Saturday will be showery, Sunday and Monday will be dry, then Monday night into Tuesday will bring more snow.

Short Term Forecast

Friday was a fun day with about 3-4 inches of fresh snow. Light snow showers continued during the day.

Saturday will be a mixed day with lots of sunshine and also more clouds and a few showers possible later in the afternoon.

Sunday and Monday morning will be dry with daytime temperatures around 30 degrees.

Then from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning, a fast-moving and strong storm will bring a quick shot of snow. It looks like there will be more snow east of the mountain, but 3-6 inches is a pretty good bet on the mountain and that should make Tuesday morning pretty fun.

Extended Forecast

There will be at least one additional storm before closing day, with snow possible sometime later next week from Wednesday through Friday (April 21-23). It looks like closing weekend will be dry and warmer.
