Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Snow on Saturday night
Summary
Friday will bring some snow showers, Saturday should be dry, then we'll see a few inches of snow on Saturday night.
Update
Thursday was a mixed day with some snowflakes in the air, some breaks of sunshine, and warmer temperatures that reached up into the 20s. We did eke out a bit of snow accumulation on Thursday and Thursday night with about 1-2 inches on the mid-mountain snow stake.
Friday will be another mixed day with some snow showers and light accumulations, especially in the morning, as we will also see some breaks of sunshine with a high temperature in the upper 20s to low 30s.
Saturday will dry with more sunshine and calmer winds in the morning then more clouds and stronger winds during the afternoon.
On Saturday night, a fast-moving storm should drop 1-3 inches of snow, so we'll likely find some soft-ish turns on Sunday morning, at least on top of the groomed runs. On Sunday, expect another mixed day with some clouds, some sun, some snow showers, and a high in the low 30s.
For next week, most days will be dry and warm with a high temperature in the 40s. Our only chance for snowflakes will be on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, and any snow accumulation should be very light.
After that, there is a chance for the next storm around the weekend of April 23-24.
As we are heading into late April, and without any significant storms in the near future, I'm going to transition from writing daily updates to writing updates on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. I will post more frequently if next weekend's storm looks like it's going to be significant. So my next post will be on Monday, April 18th.
Thanks for reading this winter, and I'll still be updating on at least Mon/Wed/Fri through next week, so thanks for continuing to read:-)
