Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Well, there's no fresh snow, but there is plenty of sun, so enjoy ripping some groomers under a deep blue sky this morning. Clouds will ebb and flow on Thursday afternoon and Friday, and temperatures will stay warm and above average. Clouds and winds will increase on Saturday ahead of an approaching storm, and we should see snow showers on Saturday night into Sunday morning, hopefully with a few inches of accumulation. We might see a band of heavy snow move through on Saturday night, or it could dissipate before getting to Copper, leaving us only table scraps. I'll need another day or so to figure this out. Additional snow showers will fall off-and-on during the day on Sunday, so if you're looking for softer snow, Sunday morning or midday is likely the best bet, though be ready for a bit of fresh powder on top of a harder surface. After Sunday, the next chance of snow will be Wednesday the 17th through Thursday the 18th.
