Copper Mountain Daily Snow

By Joel Gratz, Founding Meteorologist Posted 10 years ago December 28, 2014
Light snow will continue to fall throughout the day on Sunday as temperatures remain chilly in the upper single digits to low teens. Snow will likely fall throughout the night on Sunday, lasting during the day on Monday and perhaps even into Tuesday as well. This is a complicated storm and I can't offer many details except to say that total snowfall between Sunday through Tuesday should be at least 4-6 inches, with perhaps heavier snow falling Sunday night and Monday morning. Monday does have the potential to be a powder day, though I have low confidence in this forecast. As this storm moves away, we'll likely see drier and warmer weather for Copper on Wednesday, Thursday, and perhaps Friday, then snow may return for the first weekend of 2015.
