Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

A couple of inches fell on Friday afternoon and early evening, so enjoy the soft groomers and a few powder stashes on Saturday morning. Look for dry weather on Saturday, with clouds increasing late Saturday night and snow returning on Sunday and potentially lasting through Tuesday. I don't have a good handle on how the Sunday-through-Tuesday storm will behave, so right now I'm forecasting a few inches of snow from this system and will hopefully be able to offer more details soon. Continuing the forecast for next week, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will likely be dry, then a new storm should bring snow back to Copper for the first weekend of 2015 (January 3-4).
