Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Ah....feel the warmth! After a chilly day on Tuesday with temperatures hovering around 5F, readings now on Wednesday morning are around 15F and high temperatures should push into the 20s with plenty of sun. Enjoy the soft snow and beautiful sunshine on this last day of 2014.

Looking ahead, expect high temperatures in the 20s for the next week, with a few chances for light snow. The first chance will come on Thursday afternoon and evening, though I'm only expecting a dusting of snow. Then another storm will bring a better chance of a few inches of snow starting Saturday morning and continuing through Saturday evening. I don't see Saturday as a full-on powder day, but a few fresh inches could do a great job of keeping the slopes soft and playful. Snow showers with very light accumulations could also continue Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Then next Wednesday and Thursday should be dry, with another possibly more significant storm sometime between Friday, January 9th through Sunday, January 11th.
