Copper Mountain Daily Snow

By Joel Gratz, Founding Meteorologist Posted 10 years ago January 5, 2015
Much like Sunday, clouds will cover the sky but we won't be able to wrangle much (if any) snow from these clouds as temperatures are warming a little bit and the strongest energy with this storm is staying north of Colorado. So look for a cloudy day on Monday with just a few flurries or snow showers, and likely the same thing on Tuesday, though with a bit more sun. For Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, the sun will return with high temperatures reaching into the 30s.
From Saturday, January 10th through the following Tuesday, one or two storms could bring bring light snow to Copper, but at this point none of these storms looks like something that will produce deep snow accumulations. To see a lot of snow, we'll likely have to wait for a pattern change, which could happen sometime during the week of January 18th.
