Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

We did get 2-3 inches of snow during the morning on Monday, and then additional snow showers dropped another inch on Monday night. With cold temperatures (5-10F) and this fresh snow, look for soft conditions on north-facing slopes with perhaps still a harder base on south-facing slopes. For today, Tuesday, snow showers will continue and we could pick up another one, two, or three inches during the day. A few showers or flurries may linger into Tuesday night, then Wednesday and Thursday will be dry and sunny with high temperatures in the 20s on Wednesday and 30s on Thursday.

The next storm will arrive on Friday and potentially last through Monday. The heaviest snow will likely fall on Friday into Saturday morning, so the best powder days could be on Friday afternoon or first chair on Saturday. Additional snow could linger through Sunday and Monday, but I have less confidence in this later part of the storm. Stay tuned!
