Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

By Joel Gratz, Founding Meteorologist Posted 10 years ago February 26, 2015

The snow report on Thursday morning will likely read 5-6 inches, and about half of this new snow fell after lifts closed on Wednesday afternoon. So, in other words, enjoy the fresh snow on Thursday morning!

We'll likely see additional snow showers on Thursday and Friday, though my confidence in the details of this forecast is low, so stay tuned for updates if I can piece together the forecast data more confidently. Over the weekend, the next storm will drop the deepest snow south of Copper, but there could be a band of heavier snow that does sneak up into northern Colorado and hit Copper, and I'll keep an eye on this possibility.

Look for me to post a more comprehensive update by mid-morning on Thursday.
