Copper Mountain Daily Snow

By Joel Gratz, Founding Meteorologist Posted 9 years ago December 12, 2015
After a mostly snowless Friday and Friday night, a quick period of heavy snow dropped 4 inches on Copper between 5am and 8am on Saturday morning. The snow should continue through the day with at least another couple of inches, if not more, so get out there and enjoy the powder! Another 1-3 inches could fall after the lifts close on Saturday afternoon, so there could be some soft turns on Sunday morning as well.
Then we’ll see dry weather on Sunday, Sunday night, and Monday morning, with 3-6 inches of snow falling between Monday late afternoon and midday on Tuesday. Light snow should continue on Tuesday, Wednesday, and perhaps even through Thursday, so next week will likely offer multiple days of soft turns.
