A Pause Before Powder

Summary

Today and tomorrow will bring a brief respite, a pause between storms (for most of Idaho). The next powder maker will be moving in late Wednesday night and deliver heavy snow right through Saturday - or longer. This active pattern will continue into the middle of next week before high pressure regains its grip, but it will remain cold.
