Sunny on Monday, multiple waves of storms coming this week

Summary

Sunshine will prevail at Idaho ski resorts on Monday, and then several waves of storms are forecast to move through the state beginning Tuesday night and continuing through the Martin Luther King holiday weekend. It appears that Thursday will be the big powder day, with potentially a foot of new snow or more coming Wednesday night and Thursday to Bogus Basin, Sun Valley and Soldier Mountain, 7-9 inches at Tamarack and Brundage Mountain and 6 inches at Pebble Creek, Silver Mountain, Lookout Pass and Kelley Canyon. Snow is forecast through the weekend.
