Marvelous sunshine Monday, new snow coming Tuesday!

Summary

Skiers and riders enjoyed widespread sunshine and warming temperatures statewide on Sunday, and conditions on Monday should be equally grand and a little warmer for bluebird skiers. A new storm system is moving into Idaho on Monday night from the Gulf of Alaska, and it's expected to deliver a new dose of snow statewide, with the largest quantity of snow expected at North Idaho resorts, with up to a foot forecast at Schweitzer through Wednesday, and up to 7 inches at Silver Mountain and Lookout Pass. Bogus Basin, Tamarack, Brundage, Pomerelle, Magic Mountain and Pebble Creek are expected to get 3-5 inches out of that storm.
