Summary

Skiers/riders will be enjoying fresh powder that fell overnight almost everywhere statewide, with 3-5 inches of new snow in most locations, and Brundage woke up with 7 inches of new! More snow is coming tonight statewide. The best ski powder days of the week are going to be today-Wednesday. Another 4-14 inches of new snow are forecast to fall at Schweitzer, Silver Mountain and Lookout Pass by Thursday morning, and 5-11 inches of new are expected at Brundage, Tamarack and Bogus Basin. Pomerelle and Pebble Creek should get 4-8 inches by Wednesday. A brief break will occur on Thursday, and then a warmer subtropical system is headed our way on Friday with higher snow levels and temperatures. Sunshine is forecast in some locations this weekend for spring-like conditions.
