Light snow in N. Idaho; Bluebird in S. Idaho

Summary

A fast-moving snow storm dropped 2 inches of new snow at Schweitzer Mountain overnight, and light snow is forecast at Silver and Lookout Pass on Wednesday with 1-3 inches expected. Breezy conditions associated with the storm system. Skies will clear for a sunny day in N. Idaho on Thursday, joining the rest of Idaho, where bluebird conditions prevail through Friday. High temperatures at S. Idaho resorts will be in the mid-30s to mid-40s at Bogus Basin and Pomerelle on Wednesday. A new storm system spirals into Idaho from British Columbia on Friday, bringing cold temperatures to N. Idaho and the potential for substantial snow, with 3-10 inches expected at N. Idaho resorts. The storm system will hit S. Idaho on Friday night/Saturday, with 3-7 inches of new snow possible, and it will keep snowing through Monday.
