Heavy rain with high snow levels

Summary

A storm system tapping into subtropical moisture will result in widespread showers & t-storms from Wed afternoon to Thu evening with locally heavy rainfall rates Wednesday PM & overnight. Snow levels will be around 12k well into Wed night before lowering to 10k on Thursday, but only light snow is expected up high on Thu. Dry, sunny, & beautiful weather can be expected Friday to Sunday.
