Warm and sunny break for a couple of days

Summary

Following several days of cool & showery weather, the sun returned on Sunday afternoon and we will remain clear and dry early this week, though winds will be gusty each afternoon. A storm system will approach during the middle of the week with widespread rain expected Wed night & Thursday with snow levels lowering to 9.5-10k feet on Thursday. Drier conditions will prevail Fri to Sun w/cool temps.
