Light Snow Tuesday, Heavier Snow Wednesday...

Update

Monday:

Monday should be mostly sunny with gusty winds.  Upper mountain winds are expected to increase to 60+ mph so some upper mountain lift closures are possible.  Highs in the 30's on the upper mountain and 40's at the base.

Tuesday - Thursday Storm:

Snow from the next storm should push in by Tuesday afternoon.  We could see a coating to an inch on the mountain Tuesday, and 2-4 inches Tuesday night.  Strong winds are expected to continue on the upper mountain Tuesday.  Highs in the 30's.

Heavier snow is expected to push in Wednesday becoming lighter Wednesday night.  We could see 10-15 inches on the mountain Wednesday, and an additional 2-4 inches Wednesday night.  High winds are expected to continue Wednesday.  Highs in the 30's.

Scattered snow showers are possible Thursday from a final wave moving through to the north before the storm completely clears out Thursday night.  We could see a coating to an inch of snow Thursday.  Winds are expected to drop off on Thursday with highs in the 20's on the upper mountain and 30's at the base.

The Weekend:

It looks like we will see a break in the storms Friday through Sunday.  We should see sunny skies with highs in the 30's on the upper mountain and 40's at the base with lighter winds.

Long-Range:

The active pattern could return next week into the weekend of the 6th.  A few weaker systems could bring some light showers Mon-Wed, and a few stronger systems are possible later in the week into the weekend of the 6th.
