Wintry Tuesday Morning, But Spring Returns Quickly Wednesday...

Update

Snowfall Report:

The storm performed as expected, dropping 5 inches of snow on the upper mountain and 4 inches at the base overnight.

Behind the Storm:

We will see a few snow showers Tuesday morning and then high pressure begins to build back in Tuesday afternoon through the end of the week.  Temperatures warm into the 40's by Tuesday afternoon and ridgetop winds drop down to 35+ mph.

Sunny skies with temperatures warming through the week into 50's at the base.

The Weekend:

There's a chance we could see a weak system Saturday bring a few scattered showers and temperatures cooling a few degrees.  Snow levels above 8,000 feet.  Then Sunny and mild again for Sunday.

Long-Range:

Next week we could see a weak system bring some scattered showers next Wednesday.  But overall expecting a drier and mild pattern through the end of April.
