Summary

Yesterday, Sunday was a spectacular day. Highs climbed into the mid 40s while early morning lows were in the teens. I expect another fair and warmer day Monday with highs in the upper 40s and lows in the teens. Just as a comparison and to express the power of a strong temperature inversion, Bridgeport had highs in the mid 20s today with early morning lows -11F to -13F. You literally have to drive up to 8000 feet to warm up! The skiing has been fantastic with great coverage, great weather, and overall manageable weekend crowds. But like they say in Mammoth, "If you don't like the weather, wait fifteen minutes".
