Flood Threat Thursday and Friday with Lake-Effect for the Weekend
Summary
Rain is already affecting most of the region Thursday morning becoming widespread and heavy during the afternoon and evening. Strong winds and rain push out of the region Friday morning leaving 1-3 inches of rain and 4-10 inches of snow on the backside of this storm in the western Mid-Atlantic. Lake-effect returns for the weekend with the next weak storm system moving into the region on Monday.
