Heavy Lake-Effect and more Snow on the Horizon

Summary

Lake-effect develops and intensifies Friday in the northern Mid-Atlantic, dumping heavy snow in some areas. Snow clears during Saturday afternoon as the coldest air of the season plunges for the weekend. Temperatures warm to start next week with a storm system moving into the region Monday evening with accumulating snow in the northern half of the region.
