Scattered lake-effect continues through the weekend
Summary
A few scattered snow showers continue to affect the western and northern Mid-Atlantic Friday. Additional moisture will move into the region overnight and develop lake-effect and higher terrain snow showers in the northern and western Mid-Atlantic Friday evening and continue through Sunday morning. 1 - 6 inches of snow is possible with the highest totals in central New York.
